Born and raised in Atlanta by Brazilian parents, Larimar's journey into music started at a young age, surrounded by the rich cultural rhythms of bossa nova and samba. Moving to Hawaii further expanded her musical horizons, infusing her work with the laid-back, tropical influences of the islands.
Larimar combines the soulful depth of R&B with the experimental edge of psychedelic sounds. Her lyrics often explore themes of love, self-empowerment, and finding inner strength.
