(Applicable when booking by Teacher or by Instrument)
1. Agreement Overview

2. Lesson Types & Scheduling Options
Lessons may be booked in 30-, 45-, 60-, 75-, or 90-minute durations. Students may book:
• Individual Lessons By Instructor: Selecting a preferred teacher and then choosing from that teacher’s offered instruments and selecting booking days and times based on the availability of the instructor.
• By Instrument: Selecting an instrument first and then being given options to book with a qualified instructor that teaches that instrument based on availability and schedule compatibility.
• Weekly Lesson Subscription (in “Blocks of 4”) consisting of 4 consecutive weekly sessions: Students first choose the ongoing lesson length they want (30, 45, 60, 75, or 90 minute weekly sessions), then agree to our terms and submit payment. Immediately following payment, students can choose their Instructor and Instrument and schedule their lessons. Weekly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written notice to chris@LaDiDaLessons.com.

3. Punctuality
Punctual attendance is expected for all lessons. If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time. Time lost due to late arrival is not made up.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Students may reschedule their lesson if at least 48 hours' notice is provided. Rescheduled lessons must occur in the same calendar week as the original appointment. Lessons not rescheduled within this timeframe and lessons cancelled by students are considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Missed Lessons
• Student absence: Missed lessons by the student (for any reason) are non-refundable.
• Instructor absence: If, in the rare instance that a teacher misses a scheduled lesson, the student will receive a full refund for the missed lesson.

6. Payment Terms
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Weekly lesson subscriptions require the use of our auto-payment system and can be cancelled anytime with a written notice 30 days in advance. Unpaid or declined transactions may result in cancellation of the reserved lesson slot.

7. Mailing List & Communications
By booking, you agree to be added to La Di Da Lessons’ mailing list to receive important updates, schedule notices, and occasional promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

8. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to treat instructors respectfully during each lesson. Disruptive, disrespectful, behavior may result in removal from the lesson without a refund. Furthermore, if a student’s behavior puts anyone in harm’s way, is threatening, inappropriate, or in any way unacceptable, La Di Da reserves the right to ban that student from our sight indefinitely without a refund.

9. Technical Requirements: Students must have a stable internet connection, a webcam (either as a separate component or built in to the computer – which is standard with most devices), and must have the current version of Zoom app installed on an appropriate device. Download current Zoom app here: [https://zoom.us/download]. Laptops are preferable, but students can also use desktops (with cameras), tablets, or most smart phones. PLEASE SEE INTAKE FORM FOR INSTRUCTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS TO OPTIMIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE.

10. Liability Waiver: La Di Da Lessons is not responsible for technical disruptions caused by third-party software, hardware issues, or internet outages (on the student’s end).

11. Media Release (Optional): Students may be asked for permission to use class recordings for promotional or training purposes. This will be addressed separately.
