Our Agreement in Plain Terms

Lessons are 40 minutes in duration

• We humbly and professionally ask that everyone please honor that.

Attendance is the responsibility of the Student/Student’s Guardian

• Student agrees to attend his or her 40-minute lessons on the days and at the times agreed upon. A missed lesson by a student is non-refundable. However, a missed lesson by an instructor is refunded or rescheduled.

Major Holidays

• There will be no lessons conducted on the following major holidays:

•        Spring Break (1 week in March - regional)

•        Memorial Day (the last Monday in May)

•        Labor Day (the first Monday in September)

•        Thanksgiving (the week of)

•        Christmas (the week of)

Please understand that these are considered "paid holidays" for our instructors and tuition is not refunded.

Payment

• La Di Da Lessons operates on a subscription basis. Upon signing and submitting this contract, each Student/Student Guardian agrees to an automatic payment to be transferred to La Di Da Lessons on the 25th day of the preceding lesson-month. Subscription cancellations require a 30-day notice.
